Scale School is where I walk beside you through the Cycle of Six—month by month, year by year. We diagnose what is holding your store back, choose the move that matters now, implement it on your actual store and bring it back for feedback.
Important: Skool calls Scale School the VIP tier. On the next screen, click Join VIP, then choose Monthly or Annual.

Most Shopify founders do not need more modules. They need help seeing the real constraint, choosing the right next move and following it all the way through.
During those 12 weeks, we move through the Cycle of Six: Audience, Messaging, Conversion, Tech, Traffic and Scale. Then we return to the beginning from a stronger position and work the next constraint.
This is where I hold your hand through that process month by month, year by year—so you are never left diagnosing your entire business alone.
Every Shopify business runs on the same six things. Skip one and the others wobble. Revisit all six as your business changes and the improvements begin to compound.
Who is your Big Fish? Narrow until it stings. Then narrow again.
What do you actually say to them? In their words, not yours.
Your homepage, product page, checkout, and post-purchase — designed to convert.
The Shopify apps, themes, automations, and integrations that actually support the experience.
Bringing the right Big Fish to your store — organic, paid, partnerships, content.
The systems and operations that let you grow without burning out.
Each pass gives you a stronger baseline. You learn how to recognize what matters now, make the move and begin again from a stronger position.
You will not enter a giant content vault and wonder where to start. We identify the most important constraint in front of you, decide what matters now and turn it into a focused implementation priority.
You make the change on your actual store, bring it back for feedback and collect evidence of what shifted. Then we find the next constraint and repeat.
Your first twelve weeks are the first pass—not the finish line.
You are joining a repeatable implementation process that helps you know what to fix next, make the change and get useful feedback before you move on.
Find the leak that is actually limiting the store now—not the loudest tactic in your feed.
Turn a long list of possible improvements into one focused implementation priority.
Apply the strategy to the business you run—not to another fictional case study.
Show the work, get useful direction and stop losing weeks second-guessing every decision.
Turn strategy into real Shopify sections without custom-coding every useful idea from scratch.
Track what changed, return to the Cycle of Six and begin again from a stronger position.
Both paths give you the complete Scale School implementation relationship, and both protect the price you join at for as long as you remain continuously enrolled. Annual also saves $498 and includes a 90-Minute Store & Scale Review that you can use strategically during the year.
Inside the community, click the big yellow UPGRADE button.
Choose VIP—that is Scale School.
Choose Monthly or Annual, then complete checkout.

📌 VIP = Scale School. Standard is the free Shopify Growth Collective. Premium is the $29 self-serve resource tier. Choose VIP to join Scale School.
You'll be sent to the Shopify Growth Collective plans page on Skool. You'll see three tiers: Standard (the free community), Premium (the $29 self-serve resource tier) and VIP—which is Scale School. Click Join VIP. A popup will open with Monthly and Annual options. Choose the path you want, complete checkout and you're in.
The 12 weeks is one pass through the Cycle of Six—not the length of the relationship. Your business changes, so the constraint we need to work on changes too. Monthly lets you continue month-to-month. Annual gives you a full year of repeated passes, saves $498 and includes the 90-Minute Store & Scale Review.
No. Every Cycle of Six workshop and Q&A call is recorded and lives in the classroom. If you miss a live, the replay is there and you can bring your work and questions back into the community for feedback.
Scale School is a group implementation relationship. You work on your real store, learn from other founders and receive feedback inside the group. Annual members also receive one private 90-Minute Store & Scale Review that can be used strategically during the year. Scale Advisory is the separate higher-touch path with ongoing 1:1 support.
Better to build it right once than rebuild it twice. Coming in early means you skip the mistakes the founders ahead of you already made. If you have a store live (or one you're actively building), you're a fit.
We have skincare, apparel, jewelry, supplements, food, accessories, art, CPG, and home goods inside Scale School. The principles stay; the tactics flex. Bring your niche.
Yes, you can switch through Skool. Your $249 monthly rate remains protected while you stay on that plan. If you later switch to Annual, the annual price and bonuses available at that time will apply.
Yes. Monthly is billed month-to-month and you can cancel. But once you leave, you give up your grandfathered rate and your Scale School access. Because enrollment is not evergreen, you may also need to wait until the doors open again—and any future re-entry will be at the price available then.
Honest answer: it depends on where your store is now and how much work you do. Inside Scale School we focus on imperfect action — done is better than perfect. Most founders see meaningful changes in their first cycle (12 weeks). Compounding wins show up over the four-cycle year.
Tuesday, September 22 at 11:59pm Eastern—the same time the 5-Day Challenge replays come down. The next Cycle begins September 29, and this is the final Scale School intake of 2026.
If you're sitting with the yes—the “I do not want to diagnose this alone anymore” yes—come in. September enrollment closes Tuesday, September 22 at 11:59pm ET. The next Cycle begins September 29.
